You have to live somewhere, so I currently reside in the desert oasis of Las Vegas, Nevada- sometimes bewildering, frustrating, disappointing, yet often enough interesting, inspirational, and sometimes even magical. And it's a great location for exploring the Southwest, with many exceptional places accessible within a few hours drive. I was trained as a photographer by the U.S. Air Force, back in the old-school days of film, chemicals, darkrooms, deadlines. Ugh. I am now all-things-digital and photography is fun again.
